Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus are Government backed schemas that help organisations implement a baseline of security controls to improve their overall security.
This schema is becoming more and more popular as years pass as it’s a good way to showcase to your stakeholders and customers that you are taking into account the importance of cybersecurity and you have implemented the basic controls to protect your organisation from commodity threats such as password spraying, password brute-forcing and exploitation of easily exploitable vulnerabilities just to name a few.
From working with various customers, ranging from one man bands to large, national scale organisations I have created this as a tool to assist you and your organisation to track your progress towards Cyber Essentials and potentially to maintain it throughout the year.
