First of all to be eligible the scope of the Cyber Essentials should be the whole organisation and you must have annual turnover less than £20 million. The networks database is designed to help you with Cyber Essentials (Question A2.5) and Cyber Essentials Plus for the scoping section.
The network assets database is designed to help you track your networking assets for ease of management and for Cyber Essentials (Question A2.3).
